I love coming here often for dog Toys, washing liquid bulk also dish liquid bulk, clothes etc . Great value!

Big W Dubbo can be challenging to navigate with scattered cages and trolleys. The store lacks organization, with returns piled up. However, Brit, the store greeter, shines with her welcoming and humorous personality, making the visit enjoyable despite the chaos. .

How about you answer the phone ( over 79 times calling ) i understand that you're busy this time of year , but when i get home & i'm missing an item from collect from boot , i would like it sorted out too. Terrible customer service, there is none !

Thank you to Jess Quill at Big W Dubbo for taking the time to help my young son through the self serve checkouts yesterday. He didn't want me seeing what he bought for Xmas and really wanted to do it himself.

I went to Dubbo 2830 store today and the customer service at that time was very poor and disappointing. Around 5pm I was there to get few stuff, went for self checkout as there was bulky stuff which cannot be placed in bagging area as there was no one around and called one staff, the way she respond was so rude, told us to wait, waited for few minutes, the store was not even bg but no one came, I leave the stuff behind and walk out the store.

this big w has it all, stocked to the brim everything you could think of. and their mcobeauty section was the largest i’ve seen. prices are extremely reasonable!!

Come to get out a layby. Took the staff over an hour to locate it. And just to add, some of the items are missing. Told me to come back tomorrow when there manger was on duty and gives them time to locate what's missing. This place needs serious change in management.
